Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a valid insurance license and a passion for helping clients find the best insurance coverage. You will be responsible for building relationships, assessing client needs, and providing expert guidance on insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
• Explain coverage options, policy terms, and conditions clearly
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current and valid insurance license in California (required or willing to get licensed before start date)
• Proven experience in insurance sales or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
