BCBA (Arizona LBA Required) - Flexible Schedule
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at GreenLight ABA in Sierra Vista, AZ. As a BCBA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. With a focus on providing personalized ABA therapy, you will play a crucial role in fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for these remarkable individuals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify goals and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD, utilizing evidence-based interventions and behavioral strategies
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other therapeutic professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and parental involvement
Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as necessary
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certifications and stay current with industry best practices
Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and mutual respect
Requirements:
Arizona LBA certification (BCBA) required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and procedures, including developmental and behavioral interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed
