Key Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and assist guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Manage waiting lists and answer phone inquiries.
• Process guest payments and handle cash register transactions.
• Promote bakery items and package to-go orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, dining room, restrooms, bakery displays, and cashier area.
• Assist servers with pre-bussing, table maintenance, and side work.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs throughout their visit.
• Communicate service, safety, or equipment concerns to management.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule.

Experience

• No experience required; training provided.
