Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with ASD, utilizing evidence-based practices and effective behavioral techniques
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and making data-driven adjustments as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive team approach to support each child's unique needs
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and provide recommendations for treatment and intervention
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, attending training and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge
