Production Operator I

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Operator  to join their team. As a Production Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Peru, IL

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Days

What's the Job?

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform a variety of simple, manual tasks that support the production process.
• Load materials into production machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products for shipment or storage.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to organizational policies.
• Clean production equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability to work the specified shift.
