**Join Our Team as a CT/X-Ray Technologist!** **Job Description:** Get ready to take your radiographic skills to the next level! As a CT/X-Ray Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality diagnostic imaging that aids in patient care. Bring your passion for technology and patient interaction to our dynamic team! **Essential Functions:** - Produce emergent and routine diagnostic images using fixed and portable X-ray systems. - Operate the CT Room to create both routine and emergent diagnostic images. - Skillfully adjust exposure settings for optimal image acquisition. - Position patients effectively to capture high-quality images focused on anatomical precision. - Minimize radiation exposure by adeptly adjusting the table and radiation beam in line with ALARA principles. - Process images seamlessly in PACS for the Radiologist’s review. - Complete examinations following Radiologist protocols diligently. - Document, charge, and manage patient information through electronic medical records. - Schedule patient appointments for X-ray, CT, MRI, US, DXA, and Holter Monitor exams. - Inform and assist patients during contrast media administration for CT exams. - Participate in quality control initiatives related to equipment and patient safety. - Ensure exams are executed promptly and accurately. - Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and collaborate effectively with staff. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Required Credential: R.T.(R)(ARRT) - Preferred Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist. **Technical Skills:** - Demonstrate a solid understanding and clinical proficiency in radiographic procedures. - Apply principles of radiation physics and human anatomy and physiology effectively. **Shift Information:** - 4-10 hours per day, Monday to Friday. - 40 hours per week with rotation of weekends and call. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
