Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 3+ years of experience and ARRT-CT certification to support a busy radiology department across ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas.
Details
- Level III Trauma teaching hospital with 457 licensed beds
- Serves ED, inpatient units, and outpatient patients
- 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, Saturday-Sunday-Monday from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
- Weekend rotation and on-call schedule discussed during interview
- Schedule cycle repeats every 4 weeks
- No floating required
- Uses Epic EMR and Siemens/GE CT equipment
- Support provided by Radiology Nursing and Transport staff
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience required
- ARRT-CT certification required
- BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Photo ID required during compliance process
- NC State Licensure not required
Additional Information
- High-volume department culture emphasizing team accountability and patient-centered care
- 3-5 days of departmental orientation depending on modality
- Travelers expected to work 75% of holidays
- RTO subject to manager approval
- Black scrubs required
- Free parking available
- First-time travelers will be considered
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
