The position offers a rotating shift schedule, primarily Monday through Friday, with flexible start and end times, for a duration from September 14, 2026, to December 14, 2026.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Active Illinois license or confirmation that application process has been initiated; BLS Certification; minimum of 1 year of experience; location requirements: candidate must have a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information:
- Local rate applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles.
- OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift.
- Orientation hours: 12 hours, non-billable, with guaranteed hours not applying during orientation.
- Charting system: Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system: EPIC.
- BSN required: No.
- Trauma Level: Care Setting: Outpatient.
- Division: Outpatient.
- Active Illinois license or confirmation of application process is required.
- Requests for time off and last four digits of SSN are part of submission requirements.
