WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland), and functional analyses as clinically indicated

- Analyze data continuously and make responsive, defensible clinical decisions
- Complete timely, audit-ready documentation: session notes, progress reports, reassessments, and treatment plan updates
- Coordinate with schools, physicians, regional centers, and payers as part of the client's care team
- Provide BACB-compliant supervision to trainees accruing fieldwork hours (if you want to — this is an option, not an obligation)
- Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to a culture where hard cases get discussed openly, not carried alone
