Customer Service Representative

Insurance Branch is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Draper, Utah team. In this role, you will support law firm clients by explaining disability-related benefit eligibility. The ideal candidate will provide a professional, high-quality customer experience while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly goals.

Qualifications: 

• Strong phone presence and communication skills 
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently 
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet-based tools 
• Ability to build professional client relationships through effective questioning and rapport 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required 
• Job duties are performed in the office; typical hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. 

Essential Job Functions: 

• Educate clients on disability entitlement benefits and answer questions accurately 
• Consistently achieve monthly performance goals 
• Stay current on procedures and processes 
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned 

Insurance Branch partners with disability firms to provide education and resources to awarded clients regarding the Medicare portion of their disability award.
