Project Type: Warehouse Center Operations Support

Duration: Up till end of the year maybe longer

Shifts available: 

• 1st shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• 2nd shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
• 3rd shift: 10:45PM – 7:15 AM

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support operations at a facility in Franklin, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience managing inventory, handling IT or electronic equipment, and maintaining organized logistics within a technical or warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive and distribute incoming deliveries and IT equipment.
• Safely move, store, and stage equipment (servers, network gear, cables, etc.) for deployment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using provided systems or spreadsheets.
• Support the data center team with equipment deliveries and returns.
• Coordinate with technicians and project leads to ensure timely material availability.
• Break down and dispose of boxes, pallets, and general packaging waste.
• Keep work areas clean and free of debris at all times.
• Follow safety and security procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a material handler, warehouse associate, or logistics technician (data center or IT experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
