Responsibilities

- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Monitor and record vital signs routinely
- Educate patients on health maintenance and care procedures
- Document patient care activities and observations thoroughly
- Perform comprehensive health assessments
- Conduct wound care and management
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in nursing
- Patient assessment skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
