Customer Service Representative

Required:

• College degree or previous contact center experience
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change
• Highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service
• Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
• No more than 3 jobs within the last 5 years, no more than 1 large job gap of 6 months or more in last 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts
• Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Consistently meet key department performance metrics
• Provide functional support in Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and account or financial-related inquiries

Preferences:

• Customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred
• Financial services or banking experience is a plus
• Experience with Cash Management, online banking, mobile banking, or account support
