Redefine Facility Cleaning is a locally owned business serving Asheville and the surrounding area. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as an Industrial Facility Cleaner.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: 6:00 or 7:00 AM start, with shifts ending at 2:30 or 3:30 PM
• Starting Pay: $16/hour
• Location: Asheville, NC 28803
• Work Setting: In person, industrial facility

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Facility Cleaner, you’ll help keep the facility clean, safe, and presentable. Responsibilities include:

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean a variety of surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles
• Clean windows and glass surfaces
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Communicate clearly and professionally with your team leader
• Work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong reliability, work ethic, and self-discipline
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Experience is not required—we provide paid on-site training.
