Human Resources (HR) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and workplace issues
• Monitor attendance, performance, and disciplinary processes
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Support department managers with HR-related matters
• Improve internal HR processes and company culture
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment policies and regulations
