Warehouse Associate - Receiving

Position Summary

Corona Cigar Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – Receiving to support our warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, processing purchase orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting transfers between locations, loading company drivers, and keeping the warehouse organized and efficient. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Unload incoming carrier shipments and verify received merchandise for accuracy and condition.
• Receive and process purchase orders, ensuring all products are accurately counted, labeled, and entered into inventory.
• Stock and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pull, pack, scan, and process inventory transfers between warehouse and retail locations, and prepare shipments for daily company deliveries.
• Load company delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
• Assist with warehouse organization, product relocation, and inventory optimization.
• Support inventory counts and maintains accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines when handling inventory and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely climb ladders, operate a Genie lift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately count and process inventory.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and working on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
