Location: La Porte, TX
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support daily shipping, receiving, documentation, and light quality control activities. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with paperwork, and able to accurately track materials and information in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain shipping, receiving, and logistics paperwork.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform basic quality control checks on materials and shipments.
• Verify quantities, labels, product information, and documentation.
• Enter and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and operations personnel.
• Assist with tracking incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain organized records and files.
• Follow company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Perform other administrative and logistics duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous logistics, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to read and complete paperwork accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
