Teaching the next generation of welders. Position includes $15,000 - $18,000 a year in bonuses; fully paid employee health, vision, dental and life insurance; 401k 4% company match after 1 year of employment; possible 3 bonuses per year; shift supervision differential $3/hr; CWI differential $3/hr; yearly work shirt allowance; yearly work boot allowance; $7500 relocation package with a 18-month contract; 56 hours of vacation and 40 hours sick time to start; 96 hours of vacation after 5 years; $20,000 bonus all taxes paid after 10 years; half of family health insurance paid; and CWI training and testing paid with a 5-year contract.
