Resonance Baseball — Daingerfield, Texas
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25 per hour

About Resonance Baseball
Resonance Baseball is a player-development facility built around the complete athlete—spirit, mind, and body. We provide individualized baseball development through three levels of commitment: Pulse, Flow, and Resonance.
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Client Experience Coordinator to manage the administrative side of the athlete and family experience. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for clients—from their first inquiry through enrollment, scheduling, and continued participation in the program.
This is more than a traditional receptionist position. The right person will help create an organized, professional, and welcoming environment while ensuring that every athlete is properly registered, scheduled, and placed within the appropriate program tier.
Primary Responsibilities
• Welcome athletes, parents, and visitors and manage daily client check-in
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, text, email, and in person
• Explain the differences between the Pulse, Flow, and Resonance program tiers
• Help families select and enroll in the appropriate program
• Schedule assessments, training sessions, meetings, and parent check-ins
• Ensure all waivers, intake forms, agreements, and required documents are properly completed
• Maintain accurate athlete profiles, memberships, schedules, and contact information
• Track payments, renewals, cancellations, and outstanding paperwork
• Communicate schedule changes, reminders, and program information to clients
• Coordinate with coaches to keep athlete scheduling and program placement organized
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with general administrative and facility-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
• Comfortable speaking with both athletes and parents
• Able to explain services and confidently guide clients through enrollment
• Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail
• Comfortable using scheduling, payment, email, and client-management software
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities without losing track of important details
• Willing to learn the philosophy, structure, and expectations of Resonance Baseball
Preferred Experience
• Customer service, membership sales, scheduling, or front-office experience
• Experience in a gym, sports facility, training center, wellness practice, or membership-based business
• Familiarity with baseball or athlete development is helpful but not required
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and takes pride in helping an organization run well. The ideal candidate is warm and approachable, but also structured enough to follow through on paperwork, schedules, payments, and communication.
This person should understand that every interaction contributes to the client’s experience of Resonance. Families should feel welcomed, informed, and confident that the details are being handled properly.
To Apply
Please submit your résumé along with a brief explanation of why you believe you would be a good fit for Resonance Baseball. Include any experience you have with client communication, scheduling, enrollment, membership sales, sports facilities, or administrative work.
Resonance Baseball is an equal opportunity employer.
