Industry leading environmental contractor seeking a highly skilled working foreman/universal heavy equipment operator for diverse and challenging projects in PATAGONIA & PRESCOTT, Arizona. Immediate hire.

Requirements:

• Capable of safely and proficiently operating multiple pieces of construction equipment – trackhoes, backhoes, loader
• Must be proficient and knowledgeable in trenching, working on slopes and in tight spaces, demolition/hydraulic hammers, and mass excavation techniques
• General knowledge of the construction industry and/or environmental remediation
• Ability to travel throughout Arizona and neighboring states as needed
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred or an employer-paid training path will be provided
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be dependable, motivated and have a positive attitude
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Must be able to complete reports accurately, demonstrate good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Safety-sensitive position subject to drug and alcohol testing, including ongoing random testing
• Travel required (home on weekends)
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays, if necessary
