Sales Assistant

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Assistant to support our sales team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing a high volume of data entry while maintaining accuracy and consistency, as well as frequent communication with vendors. The ideal candidate is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, working under time-sensitive deadlines, and staying focused in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform high-volume data entry of sales orders with a high level of accuracy

· Process a large number of transactions daily while meeting productivity and quality standards

· Update system in real time to reflect changes, corrections, and confirmations

· Support the sales team by quickly turning around data requests and documentation

· Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment

· Monitor order status and proactively follow up to prevent delays

· Regularly contact vendors by phone and email to confirm order details

Qualifications:

· Proven experience with high-volume data entry or administrative support

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy

· Comfortable making frequent outbound calls to vendors

· Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

· Strong typing, data entry, and computer skills

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
