Supported Living Coach/ Direct Support Professional

ACT Supported Living Services provides in-home support to adults with developmental disabilities who live in their own homes. 

Depending on the individual being served and their areas of need, we provide instruction or assistance in cooking, cleaning, budgeting, reviewing mail/ correspondence, maintaining state and county benefits, attending medical appointments, maintaining health/ medications, and/ or pet care. This list is not exclusive, as the areas in which individuals need the support can vary depending on their life circumstances and capabilities. 

In Supported Living, there are times when more direct hands on caregiving is required, such as providing assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, or bathing. Depending on the individual's needs we may need to provide 24 hour care (done through rotating shifts). 

We are currently increasing support for an individual in the Rancho Bernardo area to 24 hour care. We are currently looking to fill shifts - 4pm to midnight, full-time is available.. Current pay rate is $23/hour, we provide mileage reimbursement, and offer medical/dental coverage for full time employees.
