MEMCO Houston is hiring a PARKS MAINTENANCE TECH to start ASAP

Job Location: Greater Houston area

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Job Information:

• Oversee small construction and maintenance projects (such as installation of concrete pads, fencing, power washing, landscaping, etc.)
• Maintain/repair various types of park assets (such as benches, waste receptacles, etc.)
• Inventory park assets (signs, site furniture, etc.)
• Install and monitor trail counters
• Perform regular trail amenity inspections
• Communicate with contractors and vendors
• Interact with trail users in a courteous and professional manner
• Communicate issues regarding infrastructure, furnishings, safety hazards, quality of the trail user experience issues as needed
• Perform physical labor (such as standing, crouching, climbing ladders) daily in all weather conditions and lift 100 lbs. repeatedly throughout a given workday
• MUST have valid Driver's license
