Pay Range: $27.00 - $28.85 per hour
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

We’re seeking a meticulous and dedicated QC Raw Material Chemist to play a vital role in our laboratory team. In this position, you’ll perform critical chemical and physical testing of raw materials, supporting our mission to deliver safe, effective, and innovative products to consumers worldwide. What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- 3-5 years of laboratory experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic and personal care product testing methodologies.
- Ability to interpret specifications, test methods, and laboratory procedures accurately.
- Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation, computer systems, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work with laboratory chemicals safely.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with GMP, GLP, and quality systems.
- Familiarity with microbiological testing and raw material qualification processes.
- Prior involvement in root cause investigations and CAPA actions.
- Certification in laboratory safety or quality management systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field.
- 3-5 years of relevant laboratory experience within regulated industries such as cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceuticals.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work with laboratory chemicals, microbiological materials, and standard lab equipment.
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
