Comfort Station

Position Overview:

As a Comfort Station Attendant at The Legend Clubs, your role is essential in providing exceptional service to our members. Operating independently at the snack shop on the golf course, you'll serve snacks, cocktails, beer, and soda to golfers, contributing to their enjoyable experience on the course. Your dedication to hospitality and attention to detail will enhance the reputation and charm of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage operations at the snack shop on the golf course, providing prompt and courteous service to golfers.
• Present available snacks and beverages to customers, offering detailed explanations and recommendations as needed.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to club standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the comfort station, including stocking inventory and conducting weekly inventory checks.
• Regularly restock products at the station to ensure availability throughout the day.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash transactions and adhering to established procedures.
• Listen attentively to customer feedback, addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are valued.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to customers.
• Strong multitasking abilities, capable of working efficiently in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet the demands of the operation.

Education and Training:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to obtain a bartending license through the Village of Hartland is required.
