Customer Service Secialist

Are you a seasoned professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you bring reliability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for service to everything you do? True Fashionistas is looking for a dependable, experienced Customer Care Specialist to become a trusted pillar of our growing team.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the face of our consignment operation, the person our clients count on for consistency, professionalism, and care. This is an active, people-centered role where no two days are exactly alike.

We want someone who shows up, follows through, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. If you've spent years building customer relationships and you understand that great service is about trust as much as it is about knowledge, you'll feel right at home here.
