Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support the integration of recruiting technology, processes, and operational execution across multiple functions. This role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to support the launch and stabilization of new recruiting processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ATS platforms, background check processes, system integrations, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- The role will be responsible for the integration of technology, process, and operational execution across multiple functions, end-user support and communications, measurement, reporting and change management to optimize the frontline process for recruiting.
- The role will report to the Director, TA People Solutions.
- Focus of this role will be to partner with the TA Frontline teams and external vendors to help launch the new frontline process for Talent Aquisition.
- This includeds helping with a project that will have just gone live, ensure the First Advantage vendor has all the details required and assisting with hyper care calls.
- Additional work required is coordinating with our internal teams to align data inconsistancies between our EC files and our drivers montior system.
- Must have advance knowledge of ATS systems, iCIMS and Paradox, experience with background check vendors and processess in the US, as well as the ability to fully understand integration documentation.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum detailed direction to ensure inflight project work is completed.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, specifically within technology and process.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and consult with global senior leaders, business partners, internal customers and colleagues to drive business results.
- Expertise related to new technology implementation & technology reconfiguration including system transition principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), consulting, stakeholder management, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels in the organization.
- System thinking skills, with the ability to integrate the overall candidate and hiring manager experience across domains (TA, TR, TM, IT, Finance, etc).
