General Laborer – Industrial Pipe Yard

Location: China Grove, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations at an industrial pipe yard in China Grove, TX. This position involves physical labor, material handling, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting yard and production personnel with various tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move, and organize industrial pipes and materials.
• Assist with preparing pipe and materials for shipment.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment as instructed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist operators and other yard personnel with daily tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Perform general cleanup and housekeeping throughout the yard.
• Inspect materials for visible damage and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work around industrial equipment, pipes, and other materials.

Schedule:
Full-time schedule; specific hours and overtime requirements may vary based on operational needs.

Safety:
All employees are required to follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while working in the pipe yard.
