Customer Service/Office Assistant

Paramount Fabrics Inc is looking for a skilled and professional Office/Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers (by phone and in person), ensuring exceptional service and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external customers alike, mostly over the phone and through email but sometimes in person in our showroom as well
• Perform accurate order entry into QuickBooks desktop and other industry-related programs, and maintain organized records
• Assist with various office tasks and technology-related duties

Qualifications:

• Excellent attendance record. If you are prone to missing work for minor illnesses or life distractions, we’d rather you not apply
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in computer technology and data entry
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant and positive personality
• Dedicated team player. We are a small team and need those willing to pitch in even when what needs done is outside of your daily job description
• Fast learner. This is a niche service position. You must be willing to learn about window coverings, measurements, motorization, scheduling for other team members, and even a little accounts payable/receivable.
• Professional appearance and adherence to appropriate attire standards
