Advantage Shutters in Murfreesboro, TN is looking for a skilled Lead Installer to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of shutter and window treatment installations, delivering top-quality results that homeowners love. Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform professional installation of shutters, blinds, and window treatments in residential and commercial settings
- Supervise and mentor junior installers on job sites to ensure quality and efficiency
- Take precise measurements and assess job sites prior to installation
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in window treatment, shutter, or general installation work
- Proven ability to lead a crew or mentor other installers
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read measurements accurately and work with precision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic
