Reporting to: to the Quality Assurance Manager

The main responsibility of this position is providing needed documentation to customers, to satisfy customer supplier requirements, and gathering documentation from suppliers to satisfy company’s supplier requirements. This involves organizing, tracking and storing documents in the hard drive and customer portals, and building lists and matrices to help with tracking. To assist with other documentation tasks as time allows.

1. Process QA customer requests as needed.

a. Sales Support:

i. Email spec sheets, product statements, certification and regulatory documents, etc. as required by sales staff in onboarding of new customers or products.

b. Maintain Customer Supplier Documentation via email or online websites.

i. Online portals:

1. Trader Joe’s (TJ’s portal)

2. Kroger,

3. Whole Foods Market (Store Brand Source/ Wakefern)

4. Trace Gains (various customers)

5. Sprouts

6. Safe Food 360

7. Our Records

8. Topco

9. Albertsons

10. Food Logiq (Peet’s Coffee)

2. Supplier Approval maintenance

a. Request supplier information as needed, and track in supplier matrix so that all documentation is maintained up to date.

b. Leverage supply chain and warehouse team as needed to ensure supplier conformance.

c. Assist with Kosher certification.

i. Retrieve LOCs from website as needed (OU and OK).

ii. Assist with submitting new products.

d. Assist with Real Milk Seal.

e. Assist with customer complaint tracking.

i. Ensure that all complaints are entered into Consumer Contact Log.

3. Assist with document organization, revision and development

a. Binder organization and consolidation

b. Standard Operating Procedures and Sanitary Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs and SSOPs)
