Lead Finisher

We are searching for an individual who finds joy & passion in the cabinetry realm. Who admires a finish product and is proud to put there name on their work. 10 years experience with spray finishing equipment is required. Leading and directing the newly opened finishing shop would be the main focus and expectation. Seeing that we are a small highly custom cabinet shop will require the lead finisher to also help out in other aspects of the cabinetry process, listed below but not limited to.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the finishing shop
• Color matching of Client samples & creatively coming up with proprietary finishes
• Keeping the spray shop organized, clean & professional
• Hardware of cabinetry slides, door hinges, cabinet backs, storage pullouts, etc.
• Protecting & preparing cabinets for transportation to job site.
• Sanding & filling imperfections in cabinets to prepare them for finishing
• Possibly helping with some cabinet installations
