Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a key role in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans based on thorough assessments and data analysis. This role involves collaborating with therapists, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavior changes and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments to identify client needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and adjust plans accordingly
• Train therapists on effective behavior intervention techniques
• Monitor client progress and document outcomes through report writing
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate care and strategies
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in applied behavior analysis
