About the Role:
ZETO VERIFIED is looking for motivated Owner-Operators to join our growing freight network in Shepherdsville, KY and surrounding areas! Responsibilities:
- Safely transport freight and cargo to designated destinations in a timely manner
- Operate cargo vans, box trucks, or semi trucks depending on load requirements
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and electronic records
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure DOT compliance
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status and delivery updates
- Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of freight
- Uphold professional standards when interacting with customers and receivers
Requirements:
- Must own or lease a cargo van, box truck, or semi truck in good working condition
- Valid driver's license (CDL required for semi truck operators)
- Proof of commercial vehicle insurance and active DOT/MC authority (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean driving record with a strong safety history
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time independently
- Previous experience in freight, logistics, or delivery preferred
