Outdoor Construction Laborer

We're looking for a reliable Lead Carpenter who can take charge of job sites and help drive quality work from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Assist with the construction and installation of decks, pergolas, patios, screens, awnings, and other outdoor living projects
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare job sites, including clearing debris, moving materials, and protecting existing structures
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols on-site.
• Assist skilled carpenters and installers with measuring, cutting, fastening, and assembly and installation
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
• Maintain a professional, respectful attitude when interacting with homeowners, coworkers, and other trades
• Arrive on time, prepared with appropriate work clothing
