About Facility: Church St N, Concord, NC 28025 o 457 licensed beds Trauma Level III Teaching Hospital Chest Pain Center Stroke Center of Excellence Bariatric Center of Excellence ● Department Information: Average patients/day?Discussed during interview Minimum Years of Experience required? 3 years Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes ● Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Areas served ED, Inpatient units, Outpatient ● Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: ARRT-CT BLS Photo ID (collected during compliance process as a standard) NC State Licensure is not required ● Skills required: Discussed during interview ● Support within the Department: Radiology Nursing Transport ● Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC Department specific Equipment: Siemens, GE ● Floating: o none ● Orientation (facility and unit) : o 3-5 days departmental depending on modality ● Scheduling: Weekend rotation:discussed during interview On call?
