Home Health Physical Therapist – Burlington, IA

• Flexible Scheduling: Option for alternative hours 1 day per week
• Mileage Reimbursement: GSA rate — currently $0.76/mile
• Travel Radius: Approximately 50 miles from Burlington, IA
• Coverage Area: Des Moines, Lee, Van Buren, Louisa & Henry Counties
• Primary Communities: Burlington, Fort Madison, Keokuk & Mount Pleasant
• Majority of patients are concentrated within the primary communities rather than throughout the entire coverage area
