Experience in all aspects of Physical Therapy

Strong communication and documentation skills
Basic computer knowledge

📋 Required License & Certification

Active Illinois Physical Therapist License
Graduate of an approved/accredited Physical Therapy program
BLS/BCLS (CPR) certification
