Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We both work in schools and need to leave the house early (7 a.m. for me and 6:15 for my husband). Would be ideal to have someone come for 6:30 to help the girls get ready then drop them off calmly, and safely at their schools by 7:45/8:00. One school is in Ashland and the other is in Natick. We have not hired anyone to help in the mornings before so it would be ideal if this person was personable kind and patient with our girls and would be able to put our sweet cocker spaniel, Lady (8 years old), in her crate before you left.
