Babysitter - Now Hiring

My wife and I are looking for assistance with newborn childcare starting sometime around October/November. We live in Mar Vista, and would like to start with three days help, which may expand as time goes on. We're looking for someone to help us likely through spring, (with possibly more after.) We hope to build a long-term relationship, though we are unlikely to be able to hire full time. We hope for someone sensible, flexible, and communicative. Experience with newborns and infants a must.
