Nanny Needed

My baby is 12 weeks old , born 8 weeks early so her adjusted age is 4 weeks old so I would like someone who has knowledge of premature babies , she needs tummy time 3 times a day and someone who will preform oral hygiene, read stories and help her hit milestones . she just usually eats and sleeps most the day still , need someone patient , loving, and nurturing .
