Nanny Needed For My Children

We have 4 kids. 3 are in full time school, the baby is at home. The primary care will be for the baby. We're hoping to find someone who will lovingly nurture our baby and help them learn and grow through age appropriate play, conversation, books, activities, outdoor time, and lots of one-on-one interaction. The older 3 need to be picked up from school (car will be provided for this) at the end of the school day and all 4 cared for until mom or dad get home. The goal for this time is to talk with the kids about their day, help them get snacks, and get started on homework.
