Childcare Needed

I need a nanny to watch my two children. My son is 5 and my daughter is 3. I work every other week of the month so it will be guaranteed work for two weeks a month. My son is autistic and has some special needs. I need someone who can come in the mornings to help get them ready and drop them off at school. Then pick them up after school and take them to my son's appointments which he has almost everyday of the week. They will need to be fed dinner and given baths in the evening. They will need to be watched all day for 12 hours on the weekends.
