Mom Of Three Looking For Reliable Housekeeper For Tidying And Cleaning - Full-time / Part-time

I have three kids and need help keeping on top of all the "stuff" and cleaning. My ideal housekeeper would be on-time, communicative, and have great attention to detail. I am looking for someone for the long-run, not just a temporary job. The ideal would be someone who can wash and change out the bed linens, clean kitchen and first floor bathroom, as well as a rotating set of extras like the basement bathroom, tidying the kids toys, and wiping down cabinets.
