Housekeeper

Hello, im a single father to twins. 1 year girls. I have set days where I do not go to work and instead stay home and watch them. On those days and during the days that I work I have virtually no time to do things around the house or for myself. I would like a little help with the standard stuff.. Vacuuming and/or mopping Kitchen Cleaning Dusting Standard cleaning General Room Cleaning, etc.. Any help would be much appreciated and also the possibility of doing some child care as well sporadically would be a possibility as well. Thank you!!
