Production associates - Now Hiring

Our client, the manufacturing industry is seeking a Production associates to join their team. As a Production associates, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the wood production team. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production associates

Location: Sterrett, AL

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on shift)

Available schedules: 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Operate and assist with wood manufacturing equipment
• Assemble, sand, cut, and finish wood products
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Inspect products for quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
