Secret Shopper - Part-time

Our client, in the retail and service industry, is seeking a Secret Shopper to join their team.  As a Secret Shopper, you will be part of the quality assurance and customer experience support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and integrity, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Secret Shopper

Location: Dutchess and Orange Counties, NY

Pay Rate  $20.00/hr

Shift: Part Time- Make Your Own Schedule
 

What's the Job?

• Visit various gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores in the Poughkeepsie, NY area.
• Engage with staff by requesting alcohol, vape, or cigarettes, and observe their response.
• Decide which card (red or green) to give based on whether the staff asks for ID.
• Record and report your observations accurately and promptly.
• Drive your own vehicle to different locations, ensuring timely visits.

What's Needed?

• Must be between the ages of 21-25 to be considered for this position.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain confidentiality.
