Resident Assistant Job Description -
Hours: Available shifts: Thursday, from 5 pm - 7 am; Saturday and Sunday, from 8am-5 pm. You may apply to work for one, two, or all three shifts. PRN positions are also available. Shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview.
Faith Maternity Care is looking for positive, disciplined, and loving Christ-like role models to support residents, oversee household operations, and assist with program compliance and client development. Residential Assistants will work closely with the Program Director to ensure residents receive the support, guidance, and resources needed to achieve program goals. Other duties as assigned by the PD.
Faith Maternity Care, located in Fulton, MO, supports women who choose to carry their babies to full term by providing a home for expectant mothers and community services for those who already have a place to call home. Clients receive services at no cost, including case management, life skills, parenting support, career development, material support, baby supplies, and trauma, recovery, sobriety, and counseling services.
