Electronics Assembler

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform hands-on assembly of small coils and electromechanical components using hand tools, fixtures, measuring instruments, soldering techniques, and tape application equipment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys precision hands-on work, can follow detailed instructions, and takes pride in producing high-quality products in a production environment.

What You'll Do

• Apply tape to wound coils by hand using hand tools and fixtures.
• Attach lead wires to coils and perform dip soldering.
• Secure lead wires and apply final tape to completed coils.
• Operate a tape application machine as required.
• Assemble coils into housings using epoxy, glue, hand tools, and fixtures.
• Perform coil testing according to established test instructions and procedures.
• Use rulers, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and product specifications.
• Read and follow work orders, customer specifications, prints, and verbal/written instructions.
• Perform detailed assembly work while maintaining quality, accuracy, and production efficiency.
• Maintain focus while performing repetitive, precision-oriented tasks.
• Work independently while following established procedures and safety/quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, soldering, or other hands-on work experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English or Spanish.
• Basic English reading skills sufficient to understand work orders, instructions, measurements, and basic prints.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable handling small components and coils.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools such as rulers and calipers.
• Ability to perform close-up, detailed work; some tasks may be performed under magnification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable performing repetitive work while maintaining accuracy and concentration.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance and productivity.
