Screw Machine Operator - Swiss or Acme Gridleys

Are you an experienced Screw Machine Operator looking for a stable career with a growing manufacturer? We're looking for skilled machinists with hands-on experience operating CNC Swiss-style screw machines or Acme Gridley multi-spindle screw machines. What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and make adjustments to CNC Swiss or Acme Gridley screw machines
• Produce high-quality precision parts while meeting production goals
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary corrections
• Load raw materials, unload finished products, and maintain an organized work area
• Perform routine machine maintenance as needed

What We're Looking For

• Required: Previous hands-on experience with CNC Swiss-style or Acme Gridley multi-spindle screw machines
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and quality-driven
